Forza literally means force, or power. But also, as one Italian dictionary puts it, “the ability to face the difficulties of life.” Used in this context, forza means something like “come on” or “you can do it!” Almost like saying “be strong” or “you’ve got the strength to do this.” / (ˈfɔːtsə) /

1966 Ford Mustang Coupe 289 - Available
This 1966 Ford Mustang was assembled in Ford’s San Jose, CA facility in February 1966, and distributed through its sales office in Los Angeles. The car remained in California until 1989, when with 84k miles on the odometer it was relocated to Kansas, and subjected to a restoration in the early 90s. At this time, the car was repainted in its original Sahara Beige, and retrimmed in a parchment pony interior with blue dash and carpets. The original A-code 289 V8 and C4 automatic transmission were both rebuilt at this time, and Vintage Air was later added. Now showing 91k miles, this Mustang wears its older restoration very well and drives beautifully. This is a perfect ‘cruiser spec’ Mustang thanks to its power brakes, power steering, automatic transmission, and AC. Always stored in a dry climate, it is absolutely solid underneath and its body remains straight and clean. Invoices from the refurbishment are included in the car’s history, as is a shop manual, and the original owner’s data card. More photos and video available upon request.

V8 engine mated to an automatic transmission, and features power brakes, power steering, and a power bench seat. This is a nice, driver quality 1st gen Tbird, which looks fantastic with its wide whitewall tires and contrasting white porthole hardtop. Recently inspected. Apart from some period-correct wood trim appliques, the interior is clean and original from top to bottom. Absent are the frequently found dash cracks, and the leather and trim appear virtually wear-free.
